CitySquare has partnered with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, the City of Dallas, Community Council of Greater Dallas, and private donors to launch the CitySquare Neighbor Financial Assistance Initiative (NFAI) to provide emergency funds through our Workforce and Financial Empowerment program. All documentation submitted is kept strictly confidential. Submitting an application does NOT guarantee funding.

Once eligibility is established, complete supporting documentation has been submitted and verified, a funding decision will be made. If you are approved and funding is currently available, you will receive assistance. PLEASE NOTE: Funds are limited. Promptly completing your application and uploading all requested documents, will expedite your application. Due to the volume of applications, please do not call to inquire about the status of your application. You will be contacted as soon as your application has a chance to be reviewed by a case manager and there is currently a waitlist. Once your prescreener submitted through Zoom Grants is reviewed, you will either be denied or approved to go on to the second portion of the application or routed to a different application through Kinetech depending on what grant best fits your situation. A case manager will go over all of these instructions with you in detail after your prescreener has been reviewed. All funding from United Way Phase 5 requires a Kinetech application just so you are aware.
